General Facilities and Amenities

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.
Yes, the marina has modern showers and toilets.
Yes, there are charging stations available that work with standard charging cards.
Yes, there are washing and drying facilities available. These operate with coins available at the marina office (Reception is open from 09:00 to 17:00). Washing and drying is available from 14:30 to 09:00.
Yes, there are facilities for wastewater and chemical toilet disposal.
The paths are paved, but the sanitary facilities are not fully wheelchair accessible as they are located on the pier and may be difficult to access for people with disabilities.
Yes, there is a trailer ramp available on the premises. Use of the trailer ramp is only available by appointment.
Yes, all berths are equipped with water and electricity connections (16A).
Yes, the premises are secured with CCTV and regular checks are conducted.

Accommodation and Stay Information

Pets are welcome, provided they are leashed and do not cause a nuisance. However, pets are not allowed in rental accommodations.
Yes, there is a secured parking area with CCTV. For berth holders and guests of our Houseboats, parking for one car is included. For camper guests or additional cars, the parking fee is €10 per day.
Yes. Booking ahead is recommended, certainly in season. Rates and availability are on the camper spot page.
Check-in times for campers are from 13:00 to 17:00. If you arrive during these times, you will be personally welcomed and receive an explanation from our staff at the marina office. If you arrive after 17:00 (until a maximum of 21:00), late check-in is possible. In that case, you will automatically receive an email with all necessary information (around 16:30), including the location of your camper spot and further instructions.
Yes, especially during the high season, we strongly recommend making reservations. The number of camper spots is limited.
Check-out is possible until 13:00 on the day of departure.
Yes, Maastricht Marina offers both annual and seasonal berths for various boat sizes.
Yes, we rent out houseboats in three sizes. Photos, rates and availability are on the houseboats page.
For campers, a minimum stay of one night applies, while for houseboats, a minimum stay of two nights is required.

Activities and Rentals

Yes, there are various beautiful cycling routes in the vicinity of Maastricht Marina. The region offers both urban routes and scenic tours through the surrounding Limburg hills. For detailed information and inspiration, you can visit local tourist information points and websites such as Visit Zuid-Limburg. Additionally, you will find a wonderful route in our information booklet that we personally recommend.
Yes. You can hire a boat and sail it yourself — two hours, four hours or a full day, no licence needed. For groups of up to 32 people we sail with a skipper. All boats, rates and availability are on our Maastricht Sloep page.
Yes, we have a limited number of bicycles at € 15.00 per day. Ask at the marina office or see the bike rental page.
Yes, all year round. Order by 4 pm the day before; collect at the marina office between 9:00 and 9:30, or have it delivered to your houseboat. Everything is on the breakfast service page.
No, you do not need a licence for our boats. You get a short instruction beforehand and a chart with the finest routes. The minimum age is 20, or 18 with a boating licence. More on the Maastricht Sloep page.
Yes, there are various walking trails along the Maas River and through the surrounding nature reserve. You can enjoy picturesque views of the river, green paths along the waterfront, and peaceful walks through the diverse Limburg landscape. Inquire at local tourist information points. A recommendation is the Visit Zuid-Limburg website.
Yes, fishing is allowed by arrangement. Visit our marina office for more information.

Contact and Cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@maastrichtmarina.com. Include your booking details and clearly state your request for cancellation.
For cancellation of a camper reservation more than 3 days before arrival, no charges will be applied. For houseboats, if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. For cancellations within these periods, no refund is possible.

Yes, the emergency number is +31 6 46 41 22 89. If you call after 17:00, you can select the emergency option in the phone menu.
Yes, for final reservations of Houseboats we require a 100% deposit. If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival. For camper stays, no deposit is required.
